Brilliant. As someone who is not a plumber I had a pretty awkward and specific request involving extending the riser on an existing shower.
All of the staff but particularly Tom and Nigel where extremely helpful and actively worked with me to try and find the appropriate parts over the course of a couple of days in order to make my job work.
Nigel was kind enough as well to have a lengthy discussion with me about how to solve my issue with an air lock in my hot water system.
The level of customer service leaves places like B&Q or Wickes in the dust as I’m normally used to some teenager just shrugging their shoulders at me for all but the most basic request.
